This website is operated by Miguel Pérez Gómez (NIF 79381680D), Calle Héroe de Sostoa 31, 1ºB, 29002 Málaga, Spain, trading as VaporCar ("we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
Our products are die-cast display model cars for teens and adults (14+). They contain small parts and a small water tank; they are not toys for young children. Colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings. Product images are illustrative renders of the actual models. Model names are descriptive and do not imply any affiliation with car manufacturers.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Warranty
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law. If a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law
