Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

EU & UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day return window extends this right.

How to return

Email vaporcarmd@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few additional days to process it.

Exceptions

Items that are used, damaged by misuse, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
