Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email vaporcarmd@gmail.com with your order number and we will reply with the instructions.

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order on arrival. If it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we notify you. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU & UK right of withdrawal

Customers in the EU and UK may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
