Free tracked shipping
All orders ship free of charge with tracking.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- European Union & United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
- United States, Canada & Australia: approximately 20 days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to customs checks.
Christmas deadlines
To receive your order before Christmas, order by November 28 (USA, Canada, Australia) or December 10 (EU & UK).
Customs and import taxes
Orders to the EU are delivered without additional charges. For orders outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Wrong address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, or arrives damaged, contact vaporcarmd@gmail.com and we will help you right away.
